In 2019 I posted my first social media “vlog” on LinkedIn. A video in which I made a rash, yet vulnerable decision to share my struggles with depression and how I didn’t know what to do. I was stuck in a rut, and the video post was a desperate cry for help, more than anything.

To my surprise not only was I met with unfounded support, but I even got leads for my marketing agency I was running at the time. This was a quantum shift in my life where I suddenly began to realize the power of opening up personally was not a detriment to my business. On the contrary, people felt safe to connect with me and the opposite happened. My brand, and my business, started to grow. 

It’s been 6+ years now of helping professionals launch their personal brands, just like I have.
